My name is Aaron Stewart and I will be your photographer or I will be on site making sure things run smoothly. Here are my tips for coaches, parents and players:
Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled photo time.
Bring all of your gear (stick, glove, skates (and skate guards) for hockey; gloves for baseball, team soccer balls for soccer, and so on.)
Upon arriving, go straight to the photo desk for an update on how the shoot day is progressing and to complete your player/coach form,(s) process payments and so on. We accept cash and credit cards on site. You may also send an e-transfer to: [email protected].
We offer standard packages on the order form but we are flexible so ask about substitutions and special requests.
Yes, I can do sibling photos and coach/player photos. Just ask me.
If there is time, I am happy to let the coach or team manager take a team photos on your own camera. These are often needed for tournaments. If you need one then just ask me. I will accommodate.
Printed photos will be returned to the association photo coordinator two weeks after photo day. They'll be distributed to the coaches shortly after. Once you get your photos please check them and contact me if you have any concerns, questions or wish to re-order.
Download your form and complete it prior to your photo day. Yes, I will have blank forms on site BUT the more ready you are the more time I will have to take great photos of your players.
